DAY1 ISTANBUL-ADANA OR HATAY

After your arrıval ın Istanbul, we take a domestıc flıght to Adana or Hatay. Transfer to your hotel, dinner and 2 nights ın Adana or Hatay.(Half board basin)


DAY2 ADANA/ ANTAKYA ADANA                                                                

In the morning a coach ride to Antakya (Antioquia), the city where the disciples were called "Christian" for the first time (Acts 11:26). Visit to the St. Peter’s Church - one of the first Catholic Churches in the world; Antakya Museum of Mosaics, the most impressive one of this kind in the Near East. In the afternoon, a brief coach ride to Samandagi (Seleucia Pereira), the port from where Paul and Barnabas sailed to Cyprus on their first journey (Acts 13:4). Return to Adana, dinner and overnight at the hotel.HB


DAY3 ADANA/TARSUS/CAPPADOCIA 

Breakfast and early departure for Tarsus, the birthplace of St. Paul. Arrival and a visit to St. Paul's house which exists today. Then proceed to Cappadocia. An orientation drive through Urgup Village. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Cappadocia.HB

DAY4 CAPPADOCIA                                                                                                               

Full day tour of the region to visit Goreme Open Air Museum with chapels and churches carved out of soft rock, famous for the well-preserved frescoes. In the afternoon, visit Pasabag Valley, a site most famous for its troglodyte dwellings. Then the underground city of Ozkonak or Derinkuyu, which was built by early Christians fleeing from Roman persecution. Dinner at hotel. HB


DAY5  CAPPADOCIA  

This morning its possible to go hot air ballon ride as a  optional tour. If you dont want to fly with hot air balloon you can observe hundreds of balloon in the air. HB 


DAY6 CAPPADOCIA/KONYA (Iconium)

Depart for Konya (Iconium) where Paul and Barnabas were threatened by being stoned (Acts 15:5). Visits to St. Paul Church and Mevlana Museum (founder of Whirling dervishes). We can see Aladin hill where where ancient city of Iconium was.  Dinner and overnight in Konya.HB


DAY 7 KONYA/YALVAÇ/ANTALYA  

Departure for Antalya. On the way, a visit to Yalvac (Pisidian Antioch), a town where St. Paul stayed for quite a long time and used it as a base while spreading Christianity in the region (Acts 13:14-50). Dinner and overnight in Antalya.HB                                                                                 


DAY 8  ANTALYA/PERGE/ASPENDOS/ANTALYA     

In the morning, a visit to Perge, where St. Paul and Luke stayed long enough to preach and talk with people on their return from Antioch (Acts 14:25). Then a visit to Aspendos, one of the most well preserved ancient sites in Turkey. Then a short city tour in Antalya (Attalia), from where they went back to Antioch to complete the first journey. City tour includes, the Hadrianus Gate and the Grooved Minaret Mosque. We have a short walk among old Ottoman houses. HB 


DAY 9  ANTALYA /FETHİYE

Today we have wonderful drive along the Mediterranean coast and visit St. Nicolas church at Demre (ancient city Myra). Before then, arrive in Fethiye we enjoy the scenıc Saklıkent Gorge.

Overnight at Fethiye. To night dinner not included. We can take to you famous fish market of Fethiye. BB


DAY10 FETHİYE/LEODIKEIA/HİERAPOLİS/PAMUKKALE

A mornıng drive, crossing Taurus mountain range, visiting ancient city of Laodicea which was one of the churches of St. John revelation. After having lunch all afternoon we visit ancient city of Hierapolis where Apostles Phillıp had been martyred with his two sons ın 88 A.D. We are able walk lime stone formation of Pamukkale and we can see Cleopatra’s bath where hot spring water comes up from underground.

DAY 11 PAMUKKALE/MILETUS/EPHESUS

In the morning we set off from Pamukkale to Miletus. Once Miletus one largest city of Carian region, was center of trade and science. We see there Lion’s statutes where a meeting took place between St. Paul and church leader from Ephesus. Then onto Şirince village, where last Ephesians lived.

DAY12 KUŞADSI/EPHESUS/KUŞADASI

This morning we visit the Ruins of Ephesus  the antique city of Ephesus, where St. Paul stayed and taught for two years (Acts 19:10), and where he promised on his second journey, "I shall come  back to you if it is God's will" (Acts 18:21) Kusadasi visits here include the House of Virgin Mary, the Basilica of St. John and a possıble visit to a carpet manufacturer and a leather products outlet and some free time in Kusadasi.HB


DAY13 Izmİr/Pergamum-Alexandria Troas/Çanakkale 

Early departure and drive to Pergamum; visit the Asklepion Sanctuary and the Acropolis including the Altar of Zeus, which is said to be "the place where Satan has his throne" (Revelation 2:13); the Trojan Temple; the world's steepest theater and the Red Basilica, which was originally a center of pagan worship and afterwards used as a church dedicated to St. John. Continue to Alexandria Troas where Paul is said to have visited at least twice; first when he and Timothy had wanted to go in to Bythinia but were prevented by the Holy Spirit (Acts 16:8) and the second time on his way to Jerusalem when he preached 12 hours without stopping (Acts 20:11).  Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Canakkale.HB


DAY14 ÇANAKKALE/ISTANBUL

We will head across the Dardanelles strait by ferry to reach the Gallipoli Peninsula where thousands of soldiers battled during the nine-month Gallipoli Campaign (1915-1916). After a brief visit to the battlefields and memorials, you will arrive in Istanbul and check into your hotel for your 2 nights

DAY15 ISTANBUL

Today’s agenda is a full day city tour including the magnificent St Sophia Mosque, Byzantine Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, and the large Grand Bazaar. After lunch, visit Topkapi Palace including the Imperial Treasury, gardens, and Sultan’s kitchen.

DAY 16    AND GOODBYE TO NEW FRİENDS

We will have short visit to the Spice Baazar (Egyptian Bazaar) mystical aromas of various spices. Shops selling  dried fruits, vegetables, etc. And than we will join a cruise along the European and Asian shores of the Bosphorous. Afternoon we visit summer residence of Ottoman family which is called Beylerbeyi Palace on the Asian shore of Bosphorous. We drive to the Çamlıca Hill and enjoying very beautiful view of İstanbul.BB
